I would like you to know how very much we appreciated each and every one of the employees at ServiceMaster Restore who did work at our house. The only outstanding bit of work to be done in the kitchen now is to put the kick plates back on and it's all done. Please let me know when that will happen.

A successful project manager exercises many talents, balancing business requirements and customer expectations. Tom's business acumen was evident with trade vendors. He displayed a strong relationship, confirmed by the business owners themselves. His attention to detail was greatly appreciated, and supported the quality end product.
Customer service expectations are a moving target, however Tom was always available for advice and clarification. He was prompt with accepting calls and answering questions regardless of the day of the week. Tom's professional approach is enhanced by his calming and encouraging temperament. He always took the time to explain each of the steps in the restoration projects, and was able to tactfully deflect the pressures of being displaced from the comforts of home.

Just after moving to our new residence, we learned that the previous homeowners removed the insulation around the pipes of our boilers by themselves, leaving asbestos debris and dust on the pipes and floor of our basement.
ServiceMaster responded promptly and efficiently when we requested their services. The managers provided us with the knowledge and expertise that we needed during a time of considerable stress. The abatement was efficient, hard-working and courteous.
The basement was spotless when the work was done and we can now enjoy our home with peace of mind knowing that all remaining asbestos has been removed from it.

I recently discovered flooding in my basement due to a frozen sump pump drain and after my initial panic-stricken attempts to salvage the situation, I called ServiceMaster - best decision I ever made!
Within the hour they arrived and assessed the damage. From that point on they took complete control of the situation and over a few short weeks a series of extremely capable and professional workmen restored everything perfectly. I was able to hold my family Christmas dinner after all!
